Who we are
Clarity Guides is a Clarity Fife project. Contact: trickybot@mail.grokbot.com.
What we collect
Your email address, the guide you asked for, and whether you ticked the optional box to get updates. Nothing else: no name, no payment details, no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why
To give you the guide you asked for. If you ticked the updates box, we'll also send occasional updates and new guides. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where it's stored
The site and form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts as our processor. Netlify may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for 24 months from your last sign-up, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe, by emailing us. Every update email will include an unsubscribe link. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
